Leadership TextSpecial Olympics Pennsylvania's (SOPA) held its 2016 Leadership Conference from September 10  – 11 at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College, PA. The Conference, designed to provide ongoing training and recognition for Special Olympics athletes and volunteers, offered several sessions.
