  •         All deadlines Thursday at 11:59pm
  •         LOI 4 weeks prior to Sectional, 5 weeks prior to State Games
  •         Entry info 3 weeks prior, 4 weeks prior State Games
  •         Scratch activations – due Monday prior to competition

HELP DESK  - After-hour support will be available via an 800 number during designated hours the weeks of all competition paperwork deadlines.  Exact information will be shared with all programs in the coming weeks and will also be listed in the SOPA Event calendar on the website. In a hope to provide clear, concise information we will conduct these calls via Webinar moving forward. You are still able to only call-in if you do not have the ability to be on a computer. Please utilize this link to register for one of the sessions:

Just a reminder on your T-shirt color – Please refrain from wearing solid red or orange T-shirts during special events.  Special events include Opening and Closing Ceremonies, dances and Olympic Village. Red denotes our medical team and orange, our security team.  We have chosen these colors so our essential volunteers can easily be identified and quickly located during a time of need at our special events.

  • 1 Athletics (Male, Level 5) Selected at Summer Games 2018
  • 1 Tennis (Female, Level 4): Selected at Summer Games 2018

2018 USA Games - Seattle, Washington: July 1 - 6, 2018

Young Athletes Updates

Information, including dates and locations, for upcoming Young Athletes Programs will be available on the SOPA website. Lunch and Learn Webinar Series:

The SOPA team, in collaboration with some local program volunteers, will be hosting a monthly webinar series. These webinars will all take place at noon via GoTo webinar on the date listed below. We are hosting this series in an effort to keep everyone in the loop on new information as well as continue to help us improve in a number of different areas. This will be a place for sharing thoughts, resources, and information that will be beneficial to everyone across the state. Please find the specific dates and webinar topics listed below. For those who are unable to attend live, all webinars will be recorded and posted on the SOPA website.
