Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes participate in USA National Games competitions.  The USA National Games, held in a different state every four years, draws 3,000 athletes, 1,000 coaches, 8,000 volunteers and 15,000 family members and friends to the event from across the nation.  The Games offer sporting competitions in basketball, bocce, track and field, softball and an introductory sport, flag football.

The 2010 USA National Games were held in Nebraska from July 18 – 23, 2010.  Special Olympics Pennsylvania selected a contingent of 40 athletes for the Games in the sports of aquatics, athletics, bocce, bowling, soccer, and tennis!  Please see the attached list to see who was drawn on June 6th at the SOPA Summer Games!
